COMET C/2012 S1 (ISON)
     D. Schleicher, Lowell Observatory, obtained additional
narrowband photometry (cf. IAUC 9257) of comet C/2012 S1 on Sept.
14 (with the comet at r = 1.95 AU) using the Hall 1.1-m telescope
at Lowell Observatory, resulting in the following production rates:
Q(OH; Haser) = 1.1 x 10**28, with an uncertainty of 10 percent,
corresponding to Q(H_2O; vectorial) = 1.1 x 10**28 at this
distance; Q(CN) = 1.1 x 10**25; Q(C_2) = 2.0 x 10**25; Af(rho) at
524 nm = 250 cm (97"-diameter aperture). These values indicate
that the comet has "typical" composition and a moderate-to-low
dust-to-gas ratio.

V1368 CENTAURI = NOVA CEN 2012 = PNV J13410800-5815470
Further to the permanent designations for 2012 novae that were
listed on IAUC 9259, N. N. Samus notes that the 9th-magnitude nova
in Cen that was discovered by John Seach on 2012 Mar. 23.386 UT
(first announced on CBET 3073 with the TOCP-website designation PNV
J13410800-5815470) has been assigned the permanent GCVS designation
V1368 Cen.

V2677 OPHIUCHI = NOVA OPH 2012 No. 2 = PNV J17395600-2447420
Samus also relates that the 10th-magnitude nova in Oph
discovered by Seach on 2012 May 19.484 UT (first announced on CBET
3124 with the TOCP designation PNV J17395600-2447420) has been
assigned the permanent GCVS designation V2677 Oph.

V809 CEPHEI = NOVA CEP 2013 = PNV J23080471+6046521
Samus also reports that the 10th-magnitude nova in Cep
discovered by Koichi Nishiyama and Fujio Kabashima on 2013 Feb. 2.4
UT (first announced on CBET 3397 with the designation PNV
J23080471+6046521) has been assigned the permanent GCVS designation
V809 Cep.

V1533 SCORPII = NOVA SCO 2013 = PNV J17335943-3606216
Samus adds that the 11th-mag nova in Sco discovered by
Nishiyama and Kabashima on June 3.6 UT (first announced on CBET
3542 with the TOCP designation PNV J17335943-3606216) has been
assigned the permanent GCVS designation V1533 Sco.
