COMET C/2010 M1 (GIBBS)
     A. R. Gibbs reports his discovery of a comet (discovery
observation tabulated below) on CCD images taken in the course of
the Mount Lemmon Survey with the 1.5-m reflector; co-added images
taken during June 22.22-22.29 UT in excellent seeing show a "fuzzy"
coma of diameter 3'.5 (and magnitude 20.2-20.9) with no visible
tail; follow-up images on June 23.3 show a similar appearance (mag
20.1-20.7). After posting on the Minor Planet Center's 'NEOCP'
webpage, CCD images taken by R. S. McMillan and C. K. Maleszewski
with the Spacewatch 1.8-m f/2.7 reflector at Kitt Peak on June
23.3 also show the comet to be diffuse.

The available astrometry, the following preliminary parabolic
orbital elements, and an ephemeris appear on MPEC 2010-M51.

COMETS C/2009 V3-V7 AND C/2009 W3-W5 (SOHO)
Further to IAUC 9155, additional Kreutz sungrazers have been
found on SOHO website images. K. Battams notes that C/2009 V3 was
very faint (peak magnitude about 7.5-8). C/2009 V4 was slightly
diffuse with a very short tail. C/2009 V5 was somewhat diffuse.
C/2009 V6 was slightly diffuse with a "slight" tail. C/2009 V7 was
diffuse (peak mag about 6) with a "slight" tail. C/2009 W3, which
was also found by B. Zhou, was slightly diffuse (peak mag about 6.5).
C/2009 W4 was very slightly diffuse (peak mag about 6.5). C/2009
W5 was slightly diffuse (peak mag about 7-7.5).
