COMET P/2017 B2 = P/2010 J5 (McNAUGHT)
     J. V. Scotti, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, University of Arizona
reports his recovery of comet P/2010 J5 (cf. IAUCs 9148, 9157) on R-band CCD
images obtained with the Spacewatch 1.8-m f/2.7 reflector at Kitt Peak,
the comet appearing faint and stellar in all images.  On Jan. 26, the comet
was very faint, just above the limit of the photograph; longer exposure was
taken on Jan. 29, but there was poor seeing.

The indicated correction to the predictions by S. Nakano in the ICQ's 2016
Comet Handbook (p. H15) is Delta(T) = +0.01 day.
     The following linked orbital elements (from 103 observations spanning
2005 Nov. 1-2017 Jan. 29; mean residual 0".5) by G. V. Williams appear on
MPEC 2017-B123.
