COMET P/2003 S10 = P/2014 S4 (GIBBS)
     S. Nakano has identified observations of comet P/2014 S4 (cf. CBET 3991)
in LONEOS survey images obtained at Lowell Observatory in 2003 by B. A. Skiff
(Sept. 22) and M. E. Van Ness (Nov. 23), for which the astrometric data are
tabulated below.

Nakano notes that these observations have a Delta(T) correction of -0.17 day
when compared with his previous orbit from the 2014 observations alone.  The
following linked orbital elements by G. V. Williams are from 69 observations
spanning 2003 Sept. 22-2014 Oct. 14 (mean residual 0".6); an ephemeris by
Williams is given on MPEC 2014-U24.  There are no known observations from
the 2009 return.
