COMET P/2014 N1 = P/2004 V1 (SKIFF)
     G. V. Williams has identified images of comet P/2004 V1 (cf. IAUC 8426)
on CCD images taken with the 1.8-m Pan-STARRS1 telescope at Haleakala, in
which it was reported as apparently asteroidal (astrometry tabulated below).

The indicated correction to the prediction by G. V. Williams on MPEC 2013-A29
is Delta(T) = -0.32 day.  The following linked orbital elements by Williams
are from 141 observations spanning 2004 Oct. 7-2014 July 5.  Additional
orbital elements and an ephemeris appear on MPEC 2014-N43.
