COMET P/2013 R2 = P/2006 XG_16 (SPACEWATCH)
     J. V. Scotti, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, University of Arizona,
reports his recovery of comet P/2006 XG_16 (cf. IAUC 8802) as an object of
stellar appearance on CCD images obtained on two nights with the Spacewatch
1.8-m telescope at Kitt Peak, with his astrometry tabulated below.

Williams are from 86 observations spanning 2006 Nov. 15-2013 Sept. 15 (mean
residual 0".5).
