COMET P/2013 N1 = P/1998 U3 (JAEGER)
     Krisztian Sarneczky, Konkoly Observatory, reports the recovery of comet
P/1998 U3 (cf. IAUC 7038, 7040) on images taken with the 0.60-m Schmidt
telescope at the Piszkesteto Station of Konkoly Observatory on July 12.04 UT;
a co-added image shows a 8" coma and a 15"-long tail in p.a. 270 deg.
Sarneczky then identified pre-recovery images on unfiltered CCD exposures
taken by Gabor Marschalko with the 0.60-m Schmidt telescope on July 8.04, the
object appearing stellar, but the sky conditions were not good and the comet
was involved a with star.  The astrometry is tabulated below.

The indicated correction to the prediction by S. Nakano in the ICQ's 2013
Comet Handbook is Delta(T) = -2.0 days.  The following new orbital elements by
G. V. Williams are from 719 observations spanning 1998 Oct. 24-2013 July 12
(mean residual 0".8):

     e = 0.6486198                    Node  = 303.42346 2000.0
