Nakano, Sumoto, Japan, reports that he has identified observations of P/2013 CE_31 (cf. CBET 3418) from Spacewatch astrometry (observer J. V. Scotti) on 2000 Nov. 17 and NEAT/Palomar astrometry on 2002 Mar. 12. Nakano notes that the Delta(T) corrections to his most recent orbit from the 2013 data alone were -1.55 and -1.28 days, respectively, for the 2000 and 2002 observations. 2000 UT R.A. (2000) Decl.
