Benetti, E. Cappellaro, A. Pastorello, L. Tomasella, M. Turatto, and P. Ochner, Osservatorio Astronomico di Padova, Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica; and A. Harutyunyan, Telescopio Nazionale Galileo (TNG), report on new spectroscopic observations (range 345-945 nm, resolution 1.4 nm) of SN 2013P (cf. CBET 3399) obtained on Feb. 7.04 UT with the TNG (+ DOLORES). Because of better seeing conditions than those available during their previous observation (Jan. 29.86; cf. CBET 3399), the new data allowed for a more accurate removal of the background contamination and resulted in enhanced contrast of the spectral features in the extracted spectrum. The new data show that 2013P is a type-Ia supernova, three to four weeks after maximum light. The Asiago classification spectra are posted at website URL http://graspa.oapd.inaf.it; classification was made via GELATO (Harutyunyan et al. 2008,A.Ap. 488, 383) and SNID (Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024). The authors thank R. Quimby for pointing out the background-contamination problem concerning their earlier spectrum.
