DWARF NOVA IN PEGASUS = PNV J23272715+0855391
     Further to CBET 3228, S. Nakano (Sumoto, Japan) reports that T. Noguchi
(Katori, Japan) obtained a 30-s unfiltered CCD exposure (limiting mag 17.5)
on Sept. 14.455 UT with a 0.23-m f/6.3 reflector (+ BITRAN BT-11E camera) that
shows this variable at mag 14.1 and position R.A. = 23h27m27s.14, Decl. =
+8d55'38".8 (equinox 2000.0; measured using UCAC3 reference stars).  His
